RMA Process

NETGEAR India has partnered with Flex to provide warranty replacement services in India.

RMA Procedure

• Obtain RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number by contacting customer support. RMA number is mandatory for warranty claims.

• Customer support would advise you the location of your nearest Flex collection center. Note: If are NOT located in the cities listed below, you will have to replace your product at the place of purchase.

• After you get the RMA number, you can take the defective unit, along with the RMA # to the Flex collection center.

• Proof of purchase is required to get warranty replacement. NETGEAR warranty policy can be found here – http://www.netgear.com/warranty.

• Flex would validate your RMA details on site.

• After the faulty unit is submitted at the Flex collection center. Flex will ship the replacement product from the central warehouse directly to your shipping address via Courier. No replacement will be given in the collection center.
