Warranty and trouble shooting

As a first point of contact for basic trouble shooting and warranty/RMA matters, please contact us at (Phone) 1800 419-4543, or (email) sales.india@netgear.com, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue for you. If the issue persists, we may advise you to send your item in to you nearest authorized RMA Center.

Replacement policy

We have a replacement policy in place in case the product is defective.

  • In case the product is found to be defective within the first 30 days of use / delivery (whichever is earlier), we shall replace the same with a brand new set. In case we are out of stock of the same or similar product or other compatibility issues, we shall issue full refund at purchase price.
  • Beyond 30 days, the defective product within warranty period, will be replaced by the same or similar value or a higher value product (with price difference to be topped up from your end)
  • Should you change your mind or decide to change the model you purchased, we shall issue full refund if the product is returned in originally packed condition, within 10 days of delivery at your end.

To allow us to process your returned item, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all the included original accessories, accompanied by your purchase receipt from us.

NetgearStore.in reserves the right to reject returns on the basis of incomplete returns, or damaged/faulty goods, or if the item is returned beyond the stipulated 30 days from date of purchase.

Incomplete packaging, missing accessories, considerably cosmetically or functionally damaged products.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



We only replace items if they are defective and received for processing within 30 days from the date of purchase. In the case of an accepted exchange, you will receive a brand new set, with a 30-day window for exchange on that new set according to the date of the exchange. In the event that we are unable to offer an exchange due to no stock or other reasons, NetgearStore.in reserves the right to offer a comparable item at a similar or higher value (with top-up), or completely deny exchange.



Once your defective product return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your ticket has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next few working days.

Please note that the duration of payment processing may vary from bank to bank, and depend on your original mode of payment.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, or assigned to your email address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.



Shipping within India for all Netgear items are free. For returns, exchanges, RMA services, cancellations, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchased or exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be patient as we do our best to ship to you as soon as possible. Once you have completed a purchase, please keep your purchase tracking number safely till your product has reached your shipping address.
